The US brand name of the drug is Plavix and having other brand name as Plopicard. They are usually in the form of tablets. The tablets are in the strength of 75 mg each. Composition
The main active component of the drug is CLOPIDOGREL BISULFATE. This has a molecular weight of 419.9. This substance is powder form and off white to white in color. Each tablet of Plavix contains 97.875 mg of clopidogrel bisulphate. Inactive ingredients of the drug are mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and glycol 6000.
